I want SOMEONE to be proud.

Okay, I'm sure some of you know that I'm just a mass of insecurities when it comes to Calculus. After belly-flopping into it Fall quarter and not really surviving impact, I was very nervous about starting it again this quarter. But, I've been busting my butt (probably not as much as I could but absolutely putting forth effort) and just have been running into problems. Well, doing the homework that's due in just a few hours without help from anyone, I managed to do this!

That monster is MY work and MY answer AND it's correct! HOLY DERIVATIVES, BATMAN!

I'm a quite proud...as you probably noticed.

In other news, I met with Robert today and have a definite starting point for my GIS final project. Looks like I'll be creating a very detailed map of Costa Rica and specifically the area in Boca Tapada where the reserve is that I'll be staying in this summer. I'm glad to finally have a starting point and a goal. Relieves a lot of pressure and anxiety and creates new in its place.

Brian also has me doing deep internet searches looking for any other projects even remotely like ours as well as creating a working manual for the amphibians and mammals of Costa Rica that can be editted and adapted down there over time. So between my classes and prep for my summer, you'll generally find my head in the clouds thinking of a million things. :D
